These photos were taken on a trip to UBC to attend the annual Christmas at the Chan concert with my lovely roommate Lisa and our dear friend Andrew. Before the performance began, we took advantage of our beautiful surroundings for an impromptu photo shoot. 

Alternative Space Art Show

Room 123 was an alternative space art show that I hosted along with the senior art class at TWU. It took place in Fraser student apartments 122 and 123 as a one-night-only celebration of art on campus. We experienced our first snow fall of the season that night, as well as a complete campus blackout, but it was nothing a handful of candles and live music couldn't fix! Paint Fight

This odd photo shoot was organized by Amanda and Cody in honour of their friend Andrew's birthday.  I think I had just as much fun photographing them as they did spraying each other with paint!

Yuri & Winnie

On October 1st, Chelsea and I had the honour of photographing the marriage of Yuri and Winnie. The ceremony and reception took place in a Surrey church and involved a wonderful mixture of cultures and traditions.

West Point Grey

My good friend Madalen house sits this gorgous house in West Point Grey during the summer months. These shots were taken after a sleep over when I awoke three hours before everyone else. They sort of make me want to become an interior design photographer.

Matt & Steph's Wedding

Chelsea and myself had the great honour of photographing Matt and Steph's wedding day on Saturday, July 9th, up in the hills around Cultus Lake. The ceremony was held outside in the sunshine, followed by a reception dinner and dance. It was a really beautiful day! Here is a sample of the photos I shot.

Chelsea

Today Chelsea and I went location scouting for the wedding we're shooting on Saturday. We found a marvellous little farm with rolling green hills and wonderfully distressed buildings. This is one of the test shots I took of Chelsea in front of an old shed on the property. 

Dorm Girls

Back in April, Whitney asked Chelsea and I to take photos of her dorm girls. Here are some of the shots I got down on the beach of the Fraser River in Fort Langley.

Madalen

Back in October, Madalen and I went on a small photo adventure. Due to a series of unfortunate events, I was not able to develop and scan the film till today. So here they are, shot with my Pentax SLR on 35mm b+w film.

Pierre & Linda's Wedding

Today I had the honour of doing my first wedding photography! It was for Linda and Pierre, friends of my parents, who had a small garden wedding in our back yard. Their ceremony involved an acoustic guitarist, bright flowers, and plenty of lawn chairs.

Holga in Europe

Making room in my suit case for my Holga toy camera and a role of 120 slide film was one of the best decisions I made for my recent trip to Europe. The following were taken at Windsor Castle, Oxford, Kensington, Islington, and Paris.
